Can I change my order once I have placed it?

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, we are unable to change your order. If you contact us before you receive your shipping confirmation email then we will do our best to change it for you. Due to our picking and dispatch process, it’s very unlikely that we will be able to fulfil your request.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

You should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

 

How do I track my order?

If your order is being delivered by APC our courier, we will email you tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Do I have the option of selecting next day delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a guaranteed next day delivery service at the moment.

 

What happens if I haven’t received my order?

Allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK, if it still hasn’t arrived, then track your order. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email, tracking details can be found there. If you are having further difficulties, then please email us at websales@brewboard.co.uk

 

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Unfortunately we cannot fulfil orders for shipment overseas.

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge £6 for delivery to Mainland UK addresses (free on all orders over £60).
