RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
RETURNS & REFUNDS
No returns or refunds are offered once a purchase has been made, and your order has left our brewery. All orders are processed on the same day as receipt, unless they are received over a weekend or Bank Holiday.
If you change your mind and want a refund before your order has left our brewery, and it has not been booked for collection by our courier a refund will be possible. You will need to immediately call 01223 872131 with your order reference number, and speak with a member of the team. If a refund is possible, this will be actioned immediately, and funds will be returned to the customer via the payment method used to place the order. A refund will take 24 hours to complete once this has been approved.
If the item you have received is damaged we will require photographic evidence of any damage. We will give you a refund on spoiled or damaged bottles only.
If you would like to change the size of your item of merchandise then please contact us to ensure alternate sizes are in stock by emailing
firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 01223 872131 within 14 days of placing your order. We can organise collection, but additional charges will apply.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are correctly repackaged and safely returned. Any returned items will need to be returned in their original condition within 14 days of contacting us to arrange an exchange.
If it is a direct swap with no price difference, we will simply send you the new item upon receipt of the original. If there is a price difference, we will in this case need to process a refund and ask you to place a new order.
