Craft Beer Sales Manager

Posted 5th July

At BrewBoard Cambridge, we are a passionate team of diverse individuals who attribute our success to the excellence of our people. Through independent ownership, we bring an entrepreneurial craft spirit to our customers and consumers. We produce modern craft beer to make people feel good, united and satisfied. Proudly independently owned and committed to making beer we want you to enjoy.

We are looking for a motivated sales person to head up our sales department as we continue to grow our business. The Sales Manager works in close partnership with the Company Directors. The day-to-day focus of this role is generating new business and managing existing customers. This is a hybrid role visiting the brewery, working from home and visiting customers on the road.

This is a great opportunity to join a business in a fun and dynamic environment. You will need to show you are flexible, hard-working and have a track record in sales along with a knowledge and passion for craft beer. You will build relationships with customers and wholesale partners to secure tap listings and drive sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, a passion for beer, and an understanding of the drinks industry. You will have the confidence and commercial awareness to push boundaries to increase sales, and a track record of exceeding targets to help drive business.

  • You are keen to learn new ideas and ways of working for all aspects of sales, logistics and operations – new skills, tools and approaches
  • You’re committed and dedicated to seeing a task through, applying as much enthusiasm at the end as at the start
  • You’ll be able to react fast to unexpected challenges, and are happy to re-prioritise work based on the needs of the company, using creative thinking to find quick and efficient solutions to problems
