Old favourites

California Common

A malt-forward beer, with a lager-like crispness. Brewed with a unique San Francisco Lager yeast at ale temperatures. Its flavours are accentuated by a refreshing resinous note and bitterness derived from a mix of US and UK hops.

Lemon & Ginger Red IPA

A wonderfully distinct Red IPA charged with the warming glow of ginger and the juice of the finest Sicilian lemons.

Blood Orange IPA

A Blood Orange beer that uses the pine and subtle earthy undertones of El Dorado, Sultana and Simcoe to great effect with superb oranges from the Campania countryside just outside Naples to produce a subtle yet complex IPA that definitely belies its ABV.

Brewed as a 3-way collaboration with our friends and players in the game WHC Lab and The Malt Miller, this seriously good NEIPA pulls its fruity magic from Sultana, Comet and Hallertau Blanc, put to work by Framgarden Kveik. A meeting of minds, methods and ingredients that’s made a grapefruit, pineapple and lemongrass masterpiece.

Milk Stout

This is a beer to make you fall in love with the great indoors. Get cosy next to the hearth and let this brew envelop you in its pillowy embrace. Oats, milk sugar and vanilla deliver the sweet smooth front end of this brew while a whole host of crystal, amber and roasted malts provide the hints of smoke and coffee for a classic stout finish. The perfect winter warmer.

Belgian Pale Ale

Brewed with our friends at the legendary Marble, this gold Belgian Pale Ale is brought up-to-date with Admiral, Olicana and English Cascade all bringing their hints of marmalade and gentle spice. A monastic Abbey Ale for the contemporary craft beer drinker.

Kveik Coconut NEIPA

Brewed with our friends at the mighty powerhouse that is Brew York, this fruit-driven Kveik, Azzaca and Amarillo-powered NEIPA provides a beautiful tropical hit through the addition of toasted coconut. Think piña colada for the Norse Gods.

American Chestnut IPA

⁣We’ve taken one of the most flavoursome of beer styles, the American Brown Ale, and brought it down to a friendly ABV. Expect bags of body and depth from the robust malt bill while Olicana and Azzaca give you a lasting smack of hop bitterness and aroma.⁣

Kveik Brut IPA

Sacristan is a radically experimental 4.8% Kveik Brut IPA. Brewed with a Scandinavian Kveik yeast strain, an enzyme that breaks down excess sugars, then dry hopped with Cascade and Citra hops this IPA captures a crisp dryness and citrus aroma reminiscent of white wine. Get ready for a uniquely refreshing beer experience.

A NEIPA special, brewed in collaboration with our friends at Three Blind Mice. Golden Promise, wheat, naked & torrefied oats provide a sweet and soft malt base with that distinctive New England haze. Azzaca, Cryo Loral, Amarillo and Citra hops added at key points during the fermentation and conditioning processes deliver a hugely satisfying tropical fruit aroma.

Table Beer

A light and low ABV Table Beer designed specifically to go well with food. Edshef is a gently-malted beer of 18th Century tradition, low enough in alcohol to allow you to have a couple, yet with subtle citrus, herb, pine and spice from the Chinook, Citra and Simcoe respectively, flavourful enough to either enjoy by itself as a session pale ale, or equally importantly, accompany a wonderful bit of grub…

India Pale Ale

A rich malty and caramel take on a traditional English IPA. Crystal Dark and Cara Malt add sweetness to the tropical flavours of Ekuanot and Falconer’s Flight. Chinook and Citra bring the citrus and spice. Magnum completes the circle with some mild and perfect bittering. Considering the ABV, it all comes together to produce an extraordinarily smooth and sophisticated beer.

Oatmeal Pale Ale

A light-gold dry-hopped Oatmeal Pale Ale. Hüell Melon’s strawberry and ripe honeydew melon characteristics are accompanied wonderfully with the spicy and distinct orange punch of Chinook and Citra. Throw in the rich biscuity flavours of Amber and Pale Ale and it then just takes the creaminess and velvety texture of the Flaked Oats to reveal that Hüellonbach definitely isn’t as hard as he thinks he is.
